Invited Participants

Participation is by invitation only. Invited participants include:

  • • State and territorial representatives
  • • Court Improvement Program representatives
  • • The Children’s Bureau Training and Technical Assistance Network
  • • Federal staff and federal contractors/consultants


Sponsorships

The Children’s Bureau will sponsor the participation of up to seven representatives from each state or territory. Sponsored participants will include these individuals or their designees:

  • • State child welfare director
  • • CFSR Coordinator
  • • Director of the state’s largest metropolitan region
  • • Adoption manager
  • • Foster care manager
  • • In-home services or CPS manager
  • • Training manger

Sponsorship includes lodging for up to three nights, travel, and travel-related expenses for participants who make their arrangements by July 6.

Court Improvement Program representatives are invited to attend as part of their Court Improvement Program (CIP) grant activity.

Attendees other than CIP representatives and sponsored participants are responsible for their own expenses.
