2007 Children’s Bureau Conference for Agencies & Courts
Who May Exhibit:
Opportunities to exhibit during the 2007 Children’s Bureau Conference for Agencies & Courts will be limited to invited representatives of the Children’s Bureau’s Training and Technical Assistance Network and related organizations. What We Provide:
Exhibitors will be assigned a 6-foot, skirted table in the conference foyer area. Your table will have a sign designating your organization’s name (as you provide it to us), which may be removed if you would prefer to use your own signage. There is no cost for your table or basic signage.
If your exhibit requires electricity, Internet access, or any other audiovisual support, you must contract directly with the Marriott’s Event Technology Department.

Set-Up and Break-Down
Exhibits should be set up beginning on Sunday, December 9th, at 5:00 p.m. Exhibits must be broken down no later than Thursday, December 13 at 2:00 p.m.
You may have up to two people to staff your exhibit. Your exhibit should be staffed during registration, breakfast, and all conference breaks. To see a complete conference schedule, click here.
Meals and conference participation:
Due to limited space as well as financial constraints, exhibitors who are not registered conference participants will not be able to participate in conference workshop sessions or in the conference luncheons on Tuesday and Wednesday. We welcome you to join us for continental breakfasts each morning.
